Commercial and residential
Steel stud framing is the usual choice for commercial interiors such as offices, retail units and tenant improvements. Wood framing is common in houses, additions and renovations. We build both, so one contractor can carry a job from the first wall through to finish.
Framing sets the line for every trade after it. Walls laid out and built true make boarding, taping and trim go faster.
How we work
We walk the space and confirm scope before work starts, plan around occupied spaces and active sites, and keep you posted on timing. Dust control and daily cleanup are part of the job, not an afterthought.
Once the framing is in, drywall installation follows, and the same contractor can board the walls and ceilings that we framed.
